We are currently seeing an excellent Project Associate/Office Coordinator.
Qualifications and Core Requirements:
- BA in environmental science and policy or a related field; MA or MS strongly preferred
- Excellent speaking and writing communications skills
- Ability to understand and organize complex information
- Skills at general office and building management including invoice generation, budget tracking, tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable, contract organization, sublease and tenant management, webpage management, and data base organization. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, WordPress, Gmail and Quickbooks
- Skilled proofreading and organization of proposals, project memos, and professional reports
- Familiarity with California and federal natural resource agencies, laws, policies, and regulations
- Coordination of training courses, public meetings, and other events; travel coordination and expense reporting
- Depending on qualifications and performance, opportunity to support and contribute to the full range of multistakeholder collaboratives, scientific review panels, negotiation training course leadership, case studies, and research publications.
Schedule: Part Time (25 to 30 hours per week) contract position
