Typically, the core goal of the trainings is to impart hands-on negotiation techniques that can be applied by course participants in their daily work. CONCUR training courses use a mix of short presentations, worksheets, role-playing, simulations, and debriefings to convey the information. Some courses have also addressed topics such as cross-cultural considerations in negotiation, and necessary tools for environmental policy formation and implementation.
