Contracting
with CONCUR, Inc. through the General Services Administration (GSA)
Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) and
California Multiple
Award Schedules (CMAS)
In December
2009, CONCUR was awarded a General
Services Administration (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services
(MOBIS) schedule contract, and is an approved vendor for SIN
874-2: Facilitation Services through December 23, 2014. Our GSA
contract number is GS-10F-0077W.
In December
2011, CONCUR was awarded the parallel State of California schedule contract,
the State
of California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contract #4-11-03-0493A
through 3/31/2015.
What
is GSA MOBIS/CMAS?
These
schedules are contract vehicles which enable any US federal government
agency to more easily contract with CONCUR for services. Under the Federal
Supply Schedule Program, GSA enters into government-wide contracts with
commercial firms to provide products and services, at stated prices,
for given periods of time. This streamlined procurement vehicle significantly
reduces the time required to obtain services because GSA has reviewed
vendors' capabilities, negotiated rates, and prequalified vendors to
provide services. CONCUR was awarded MOBIS and CMAS contracts to provide
professional facilitation services to the State and Federal Government,
including:
- Defining,
refining, and resolving disputes, disagreements, and divergent views
in environmental public policy
- Leading
or facilitating group briefings and discussions, enabling focused
decision-making
- Recording
discussion content and related facilitation support services
- Debriefing
stakeholders
- Preparing
and providing draft and final reports relating to the facilitated
issues
Why
Use GSA's MOBIS/CMAS Contract Mechanism?
- Efficiency:
Streamlined procedures allow competitive bids to be awarded with minimum
procurement time and administrative burden.
- Economy:
GSA Schedule prices are equivalent to our best commercial customer
prices. You always get the best price with GSA/CMAS.
